3.1 Rental Period: The rental period begins at the agreed-upon start time and concludes at the agreed-upon end time. Users are responsible for returning the rented vehicle promptly at the end of the rental period.

5.2 Additional Fees: Users may be responsible for additional fees, such as late return fees or fees associated with damages to the rented vehicle. Merchants should clearly communicate any additional fees to users.

In the event of disputes between users and merchants, Fleeter will make reasonable efforts to mediate and resolve conflicts. Users and merchants agree to cooperate in good faith to find a resolution.

Fleeter reserves the right to update or modify this Rental Policy. Users and merchants will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Fleeter app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
