REFUND POLICY

This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning heavy vehicles rented through our application. Please note that this is a general policy, and specific details may vary depending on the type of vehicle, rental length, and other factors.

General return conditions:

- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were rented, except for normal wear and tear.

- All fuel must be replenished to the level it was at when rented.

- The vehicle must be returned with all accessories and documentation provided at the time of rental.

- Any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear will be subject to repair or replacement charges.

- Late returns will be subject to additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement.

Non-returnable rentals:

- Rentals exceeding a certain mileage limit (as specified in the rental agreement) may not be eligible for return.

- Vehicles rented for one-way trips may not be eligible for return to a different location.

Cancellation policy:
